Falcon Feed Systems, thanks to their great flexibility, can carry out very complex paths, which are difficult to achieve with traditional flex auger conveyor systems. In the most complete configuration, it is possible to create a system with a maximum capacity of 12 tons / hour, with very low power, which varies from 1.5 to 4 HP per circuit. With the same conveyor, it is possible to connect one or more collection silos and distribute the feed on one or two floors.
The Falcon company was the first in the world to patent and use a chain conveyor system. This Chain system has molded plastic discs at regular intervals. Disc diameters available 45mm, 60mm and 102mm. (approximately 1-3/4”, 2-1/4” and 4”).
