Lumina 21 Ventilation Computer, one central computer for 8 – 24 pig sections.  Intelligent climate control with many extra control functions and easy to use.

The Lumina 20 and the Lumina 21 are computers which control the ventilation in 8 – 24 pig sections.  No matter how large your house is, one Lumina 20 or Lumina 21 controller is all you need for accurate and energy efficient climate control in all sections.  The main features include the simple operation, the huge number of functions and the intelligent climate control.

One central computer:

• Choose the convenience of one central operating unit for the entire house.
• The Lumina 21 uses IVM Ventilation Endstations with temperature readouts for each section.
• The Lumina 20 has extra inputs and outputs so that all the climate units in 8 – 10 sections can be directly connected to the computer.

Intelligent climate control:

• Using OptiSec™, the controller uses a number of basis settings to select the most effective settings for air inlet, air exhaust, heating and humidity or cooling.
• Energy saving central exhaust is based on optimal pressure or demand.
• You can always be sure there is enough fresh air at the animal’s level with minimum energy consumption.
• The Lumina 21 automatically takes the outside conditions into account and compensates for seasonal influences.
• Ventilation based on either animal weight in cubic meters or percentages.

The Lumina 21 is a climate controller for pig houses. The control computer is versatile and suitable for a wide range of climatic conditions. The control computer supports the following ventilation systems:

• Completely computerized climate control based on the animals’ lifecycle.
• Animal management: registration of set up, delivery and animal mortality.
• Control of external equipment using time clocks.  Registration of consumption (e.g. gas or electricity) based on feedback information.
• Extensive (and partially adjustable) alarm system, enabling immediate intervention if a process does not proceed as expected.
