The 752 is a ventilation computer to control all composting phases in one or two closed tunnels of VGF, sludge, and organic waste.
The 752 has been designed to optimally compost garden and household organic waste, slurry and other organic waste. The 752 can be used to control 2 tunnels independently. Using 7 pre-settable composting phases the entire process for 20 different types of compost can be controlled – from filling the tunnels with organic waste at the beginning to emptying the end product.
Compost temperature is controlled using the air inlet temperature and circulations. Outside air is used to regulate the air inlet temperature and the oxygen content. Supply air is humidified using steam or cold water.
The 752 has a time clock function that rinses the measuring circuit for air measurement, two exhaust outlet controls, a function that can dose three different types of percolate and
automatic batch number registration. The computer also has extensive climate alarms and a separate fire alarm based on temperature or via a digital input, whereby the computer deactivates tunnel control. By measuring the actual humidity content of the inlet air and the tunnel air, the computer calculates how much moisture is exhausted per hour and the total volume of exhaust air since the tunnel was filled.
Via the PC, all settings and measurements can be retrieved and/or modified in situ or centrally. The current status of the entire facility can be presented in clear tables, graphs and presentation screens.
