The Ether-OVP-S unit is an overvoltage protection for the Ethernet communication between Antares and/or Fortica MAX devices in one or more buildings. The Ether-OVP-S unit protects the Ethernet connection in case of overvoltage due to lightning strikes, for example. The permitted maximum distance between two controllers is [100 m] . You can connect a maximum of 50 controllers with each other.
