Fantura Wall Inlet – minus 5 / minus 35

The Fantura inlets are part of the Fantura air inlet system designed to create optimal climate conditions in pig and poultry houses.  The Fancom Fantura air inlet system is applied in closed houses which use an under pressure ventilation system.  The system consist of a special designed actuator (iM.60 or iM.125) and Fantura inlets.  The Fantura inlets are air inlets for wall mounting.  The unique air inlet system ensures a constant, even supply of fresh air into the house in all conditions.  The special design puts an end to cold air dropping down onto your animals and the litter stays nice and dry, avoiding foot problems.  Your animals stay healthy and grow better, and the consistent growth conditions improve uniformity.  The design of the inlet consists of a integrated jet stream on the inlet which changes the shape of the inlet opening to a compact, rectangular aperture.  The incoming air is bundled, creating a better throw, and is directed to the ridge of the house where it can mix with the warm air inside the house.  In relation with the unique design, the capacity is not linear with the opening of the air inlet.  For this reason, it is not possible to use an arbitrary actuator.  Especially for this application, Fancom has developed two types of actuators: the iM.60 and iM.125 winch.  These actuators can also be used with a transitional air intake system.  When the local absolute outside temperature / incoming air temperature is not lower than -5°C (23°F) for poultry and pigs, the Fantura inlet > -5.0 °C is suitable otherwise use the > -35.0 °C.
